“It’s on the strength of observation and reflection that one finds a way. So we must dig and delve unceasingly.”
– Claude Monet
My work as an executive coach, facilitator and trainer is underpinned by a 25-year career in senior leadership roles in talent development consultancies.
Working with some of the world’s biggest organisations at all levels, from C-suite to first-time managers, has really enabled me to understand and relate to the complex environments and challenges my clients face. It’s a real privilege to partner with them on their journey.
Here you’ll find more about my services and approach, including how I tap into experiential ways of gaining insights into leadership & communication styles through working with horses.
About
I am an ICF-certified coach and experienced facilitator & trainer working within the corporate and non-profit sectors, both in a private 1-2-1 capacity and also at the enterprise level.
Over many years I have built a strong track record in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods sectors, and possess extensive international and cross-cultural experience through my time in industry but also working for a coalition of NGOs at the United Nations.
I also have a pro-bono coaching practice and work with an equine-assisted-learning charity to support children with neurodiversity and war veterans.

“Ed is unlike any executive coach I have worked with. Rather than relying on formulaic tactics, surveys or canned advice, he gets to the underlying “why” and helps me surface tools and techniques that were already there but just needed the right guide to draw them out. His approach is deeply thoughtful, practical, and transformative and he is hands down the best coach I have encountered”
